M.A.S.E - Multiple Adventure Server Environment
M.A.S.E is an OpenSourse attempt to create a client independent server for role playing and real time strategy games. M.A.S.E is a centralized server that tracks information and distributes information from and to game clients.
All code on this page is released under the General Public License.

The key to success for such a Game environment is flexibility. An example of this is weapons support that is flexible and configurable so that items ranging from swords to blasters may be used.

This is a working server but not in final release stage. Often major changes between releases.

How to compile server code and install?

If you only want to compile the server:
For server 1 - 4
gcc attack.c character.c main.c movement.c -o gameserv
For server 5
gcc attack.c character.c main5.c movement.c -o gameserv5
If you want to compile and install the entire package (need newest version of GDXlib):
chmod 744 compile
./compile -i
